Ingredients

  • 50 grame bulgur sau se poate inlocui cu quinoa, ori cous cous
  • 2 rosii mici taiate cubulete mici
  • 1/2 castravete Fabio in cazul meu curatat de coaja si taiat cubulete
  • 1/2 legatura ceapa verde taiata rondele
  • 100 grame patrunjel proaspat tocat
  • cateva fire frunze de menta proaspete dupa gust
  • sare piper dupa gust
  • 30 ml suc de lamaie
  • 20 ml ulei de masline
